go to a shop you trust and they'll usually take a deposit on it, and redraw it as many times as you ask them, and they'll just take the deposit out of the price of the tattoo.

I've seen some pretty gruesome pictures of infected tattoos. and know that if anything goes wrong, you can't sue him =/ (not that anything will go wrong, but it's always a possibility, even in a reputable shop)

but you will most likely bleed. Bleeding is not a bad thing unless it is an unsterilized needle, then you can transmit stuff. The only time I did not bleed is when I got my back one touched up, I didn't bleed a drop. but when they get done originally, you're stabbing ink into your skin over and over, it's going to bleed.
